EXCELLENCE PROGRAM FORMS

**The Community Involvement form is to be filled out upon completion of service hours.  These must be completed while you are a registered student at Full Sail University. See the FAQ page for more details.

 

** IN ORDER TO GRADUATE WITH EXCELLENCE **

 

**Students in the Excellence Program must submit the "Intent to Graduate with Excellence" form after all criteria has been met:

  1. Minimum 3.5 GPA

  2. Minimum 95 GPS

  3. Eight (8) passed Excellence Components.

  4. Ten (10) hours of community service.

  5. Student is in good standing with Full Sail University.

 

 

**All forms and Excellence Components must be submitted

 BEFORE THE START of your last class.**
